Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Wallflake — including the mobile app (iOS and Android) and the web platform at wallflake.com — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User") and Wallflake ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you are accessing Wallflake on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use Wallflake. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the platform, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Wallflake is available globally, but certain features or plans may be restricted by jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure your use complies with local laws and regulations.

Account Registration & Security

To access most features you must create an account by providing accurate information including a valid email address. You are responsible for:

Subscriptions & Payments

Wallflake offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (Pro and Premium). Paid subscriptions provide access to advanced features as described on the Plans page.

In-App Purchases & Auto-Renewable Subscriptions (iOS)

If you subscribe to a Wallflake paid plan through the iOS app, the following additional terms apply:

Free Tier & Feature Access

The free tier of Wallflake provides access to core features including live GSE prices, basic portfolio tracking, and community features. Features included in the free tier may change over time.

We reserve the right to add features to paid tiers that were previously free, or to change the scope of the free tier, with reasonable notice to existing users.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Wallflake only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

MoneyTalk is Wallflake's investor community. We want it to be a positive, informative space. The following rules apply to all community interactions:

Data Usage & Privacy

Your use of Wallflake is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

We collect and process data to provide, improve, and personalise the Wallflake service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time via the account deletion page or by contacting us.

Intellectual Property

All content on Wallflake — including the software, design, Snowflake scoring methodology, text, graphics, logos, and data compilations — is owned by or licensed to Wallflake and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Wallflake is not a licensed financial adviser, broker, or investment firm. All content on the platform — including Snowflake scores, market data, AI responses, and community posts — is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on Wallflake constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

Wallflake is an independent platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE), any listed company, or any regulatory body.

Investing in stocks involves substantial risk, including the possible loss of your entire investment. Past performance of any stock or scoring system is not indicative of future results. Always consult a qualified and licensed financial professional before making investment decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wallflake and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Termination

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Wallflake shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
